Customers can easily access the training program from your website via a small training graphic they “click” on. This graphic takes them to the TEAM training site, which we can customize for your company. Once on the Security TEAM site, which is hosted by Digital Defense, the customer can take one of several important training courses that will directly assist them in improving their security awareness level. After the training, the visiting customer can take a quiz to test their knowledge and receive corrections on any questions they missed. The customer can even print a “Completion Results” page certifying they have taken the training along with their score.
For Your Company
You gain an attractive service with which to draw new customers. You also help reduce your organization’s risk by providing security training opportunities to your customers. Plaintiffs have recently filed lawsuits against industry claiming negligence on behalf of the companies in not making their customers aware of security threats.
